IAN CUMMINGS currently studies at Ithaca College under Gordon Stout and Conrad Alexander with an expected graduation date of December 2012. Major ensemble experience includes the Concert Band, Percussion Ensemble, and Steel Band.

Regional Theater credits include Hangar Theater (Man of LaMancha, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Cortland Repertory Theater (Chicago, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), Papermill Theater (Rent), Bristol Valley Theater (A Dash of Rosemary). Collegiate Theater credits include Ithaca College Theater (Floyd Collins, Baby), SUNY Cortland Theater (Kiss Me Kate, The Drowsy Chaperone), Cornell Melodromatics (I Love You Because, Candide).

Before beginning studies at Ithaca College, Cummings was an original member of the New York City based Reggae-Rock group The Folkadelics, performing in and around the city and state. Past teachers have included John Arrucci, Lee Finkelstein, and Gary Schwartz.
